There are three reasons why we built the Love Decoded app series:

1. The most important questions about LOVE have not been answered, although many people believe, wrongly, that they know all the answers. Here are just a few questions that people find difficulty answering correctly. 

What is love and why do we need it so much?

Why does it hurt when people don't behave lovingly; with respect, appreciation, patience, acceptance, etc. toward us?

Can we control how much love others give us?

Can we control how much love we give ourselves?

Can we behave lovingly at the same time we're angry with ourself or others? Can we do so effectively?

Is it possible to love oneself and others unconditionally?  

2. We need to understand that self-love is not selfish, self-centered, egotistical behavior. Nourishing oneself with love is no different than eating when we're hungry.

3. Most people seeking help aren't mentally ill. Unfortunately, the tools needed to navigate everyday life and relationships weren't taught to us as children. Our parents did not have the tools either. And they still aren’t available from a science-based, trusted, and effective source. 

We'd like everyone in our life to be loving towards us, but their love has to be only the icing on the cake! It is counting on yourself for unconditional LOVE that will bring you inner peace, happiness and great relationships.
